Mr. Andrie is a Senior Project Manager/Senior Project Management Specialist with experience supporting various government, information technology, construction and international projects. He also has experience in managing research and development projects as well as special organization initiatives. Mr. Andrie brings a detailed and formalized approach to project management, planning, execution, and control. He exercises best practices in team building, scheduling and project execution and delivery, conforming to program standards, policies and procedures. His reporting expertise provides timely and appropriate presentations and communication of project status and progress to executive-level sponsors and stakeholders. He also enjoys teaching and conducting formal project management classroom training courses.

With this passion, Mr. Andrie started his own Project Management and Engineering consulting company that now employs dozens of consultants with a wide variety of talent. Major program supports work related to nuclear nonproliferation in the areas of both fissionable materials and radioactive source management. Radioactive source management includes transportation, storage and disposition of disused nuclear materials. Most projects being supported are international in nature and includes the contracted employment of world-class talent from the United States as well as Finland, Kazakhstan, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Vienna and Ukraine,
